Great pizzeria! Love all the ninja turtle theme of the space, reminds me of home back in NYC. Chicken park hero was solid too, definitely would come back

We ordered a large pizza (half sausage, half cheese) online along with wings and garlic rolls. During checkout, we selected a side of hot honey, assuming it would come on the side. Apparently, according to the employee, that actually means they put hot honey all over the pizza, something that is not clearly explained anywhere during the ordering process. The receipt even reflected the confusion, and when I called, the employee repeatedly said, “I know what the receipt says, but that’s not what it means.” That alone should tell you there’s a serious issue with how orders are presented online. When the food arrived, the pizza was completely undercooked and soggy, and the hot honey had been baked into the entire pie, making it taste awful. The wings were also undercooked and soggy, and the garlic rolls were just as disappointing. I called to speak with a manager, but one never came to the phone. Instead, the employee spoke with the cook and came back offering a $2 discount on a $56.67 order. That was their solution for an inedible meal and a clearly misleading ordering system. I wasn’t impressed, I came based on the reviews and I must say. Maybe I came on an off day (Sunday) but this pizza was as floppy as they come the crust was really hard to eat and the cheese and sauce weren’t terrible prob saved this from bombing. I don’t want to ruin their score but this deserves 1-2 stars, it’s also the most expensive I’ve seen for the 2 slice drink combo in soflo

I ordered a Mike Wazowski Pizza the other day, and the employee tried to make it perfect, and it’s not bad. I mean, it looks great! I also love Monsters, Inc.

If you order from here on a Friday night be prepared to wait. My order was supposed to be done by 6:50pm and it was ready until after 7pm. A lady in the store said she had ordered over an hour ago and was still waiting. Despite waiting I was able to add garlic rolls which was nice. But my order contained two pizzas one BBQ chicken and a cheese… and this is now the cheese pizza came. So glad they checked my pizza before giving it to me. Something so simple came so messed up.
